Francis Medina

Francis Medina is an Augusta native and is in her junior year of college at Augusta University. Miss Medina is majoring in biology and minoring in Spanish to pursue a career in dentistry. She first began her involvement in the Hispanic community by participating in the ACHA Señorita Latina 2013, in which she won second place. She has continued to help by volunteering in the association’s events and is the youngest director that our organization has ever had.

Yelitza Maura is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Miss Maura graduated from Augusta University, formerly known as Georgia Regents University. Her personality and motivation to help the community are what encouraged her to join the organization. She enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering her time and helps those in need. As a member of the board, she helps coordinate activities, fundraisers, and fosters the spirit of service to people in need in the Augusta area.
